Check-in: 4 PM | Check-out: 11 AM. We may accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs upon request, subject to availability.

Important: Please ensure you read the full Terms and Conditions for Advance and Future bookings, Cancellation and Damage Policies. By submitting your booking, you acknowledge and agree to the Terms and Conditions set forth by Missions Interlink for Aldinga Beach Retreat.

10% Deposit Policy A minimum and a non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure your booking. This deposit guarantees your reservation and will be applied towards your total stay cost.

All bookings are subject to a 3% booking fee added by Checkfront. This fee is applied by the booking platform and is non-refundable.

Payment Schedule Full payment for your stay is due 4 days before your arrival to ensure your accommodations are prepared and waiting for you upon check-in. Any outstanding balance will be automatically charged to your card 4 days before your stay.

Single Booking Policy We only allow one booking per guest at a time to ensure fairness and effective management of our accommodations. We reserve the right to cancel any additional bookings made by the same guest.

Short Notice Bookings Bookings made within 3 days of the check-in date require full payment at the time of booking, which is non-refundable. This policy ensures that last-minute reservations are promptly and efficiently handled.

Booking Priority As a ministry of Missions Interlink (MI), we give booking priority to Members and Associates of MI*. MI reserves the right to cancel non-member bookings made more than three months in advance (see below) to ensure our affiliates have access to our facilities. Should you have any inquiries or need further clarification, we invite you to contact us directly.

Changes to Fees for Advance Bookings Please note that fees for advance bookings are subject to change without prior notice in accordance with the financial year of Missions Interlink, which runs from 01 July to 30 June the following year. If your booking falls into the next financial year, the fees applicable at the time of your booking may differ from those at the time of payment due to adjustments in our pricing structure.

Guests Limit:  The Aldinga Beach Retreat is limited to 9 overnight guests of any age staying in the house, due to safety and septic-maintenance reasons. An extra $10 per person per night applies for bookings with more than 9 guests.

Security Cameras Policy: For everyone’s safety, security cameras are installed outside the house only — for example, at the entrance and around the exterior of the property. There are no cameras inside the home, and your privacy is fully respected. 

Please do not move, cover, or disconnect any of the cameras or related security equipment during your stay.

Tampering with these devices may result in additional charges and a report to MI. 

These cameras are in place solely to help ensure the safety of our guests and the property.

Pets & Animals Policy: To maintain a clean and allergy-friendly environment for all guests, no pets or animals are allowed anywhere on the property — inside or outside.

This helps ensure the comfort and safety of guests who may have allergies or sensitivities.

If evidence of pets or animals is found on the property, an additional cleaning fee may apply.
